We are passionately dedicated to the principles and practice of organic farming. For us, organic equals quality – food that has been grown as nature intended. We work with seasonal produce, and source our basic ingredients locally (UK) from smaller artisan suppliers who are as dedicated to good food as we are. That means the food you get is more delicious. We believe good food should be about people as well as the environment, so wherever possible, we use fair trade products. Our fair trade organic truffles are to die for! Quite simply we love what we do and feel sure that you will too.
